This plan is effective immediately upon purchase. Payment must be made by credit or debit card on a monthly basis; we accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. To sign up, we will need the following:

For patients with no dental insurance, we offer our in-house Membership Plan! With many ways to save on dental care, you can maintain a healthy smile and schedule treatment when needed.
